Having trouble with IDES. Login and password are fine. When I enter all my personal info and click next it says to log out and back in. When I do all my info is gone. When I fill it back in the same thing happens. I tried 217-854-6115 and also 217-524-7857 and either everyone’s mailbox is full. When I leave a message for a return call, I never receive one. I want to make sure I can go online and certify this coming Monday.
