Last day of work in June, started process in July. I originally decided to use bank account used from last job, a prepay debit card, instead of debit card from unemployment dept. Turns out after weeks of filing I called card customer service and found out I had a balance on their card. I wish to change ways of getting benefits directly deposited to my bank to their card. She told me I had to call office and change my payment information/method. I’m so happy I was getting benefit payments, but I also realized the history of actual human beings communicating with me, which has not happened, after numerous attempts of calls and messages not returned. Reviews from other people stating same but much longer spans of times and results. I’m hoping to go to office and fix issue, is this possible in person? Covid-19 issues? I’m praying and hoping, I’m going in morning with all my info, I will post results in review. Wish me luck and prayers.
Worst place i call every damn day no answer i swear they are worthless they don’t help they don’t reach out they don’t do anything I’ve been calling for a month now left many voicemails
