I have applied for unemployment benefits, system saying account revoked!

Q) I have already applied for unemployment benefits with an employer Specialist. Over was that when I file for unemployment benefits it would not come up as it has saying account revoked! It’s still staying that I I could not file for unemployment benefit. So this is my issue.
