Your Experience: The whole process was very pleasant – mostly due to an employee named Mary and another employee (male) whose name I have forgotten.

They were super friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. More importantly, the two of them were a hoot and kept all of us laughing or snickering as we worked at the computers. It was akin to having your favorite two people in your home.

It was a delightful experience. I understand that Mary is an LTE whose assignment is ending soon. That would be a horrible mistake, in my opinion. Really, you shouldn’t let her go.
