To the OP. At what point during the process does this happen to you? I ask because this is the first time I have applied for MA benefits. After I enter my SSN twice, I am then prompted for a password. No way to enter my own info. If I click on forgot password, all of the ways they have to get in touch with me, are not mine. I am wondering if they figured any of this out for you.
