Your Experience: It was a horrible experience. I filed my claim online and had to go to the office because no one would pick up the phone. I even tried to call the hotline number in Columbia SC to get help with my claim and still no answer. After waiting for 2 hours I was told to call the state office. So I have still not been able to resolve this matter. Worst experience ever and if I can avoid using unemployment I will. This is ridiculous that you can’t speak to anyone. It’s like the state doesn’t want to help you. I will be contacting my state representative about this matter.
