Your Experience: I was informed that the Jobs+ office no longer does anything with unemployment. It is all done online or over the phone. The receptionist was snippy and rude. I was talked to like I was stupid because i didn’t know this information before hand. It was like she was upset because I was wasting her time. It was not a pleasant experience.
