Your Experience: I have never had such bad experience in my life. I have been trying to reach someone by phone it’s aways to busy and they tell me to call back later. I have done this for the last three weeks and still have yet to speak to someone. I decided to find an office and i did in Whiteplains NY and was turned away. Sad I have been lad off since 19 September and yet to receive a dime. It’s sad really sad.
