Your Experience: The gentlemen that just answered the phone was rude, hostile, and argumentative. The director was very nice once I was transferred to him. Please, front line personnel. Understand that some folks haven’t claimed unemployment before in their entire lives , they may be hard of hearing, not computer literate, scared, and nervous. Your attitude is not helpful and I suspect you are instigating confrontational conversations all day long yourselves. Your job may be more enjoyable if you actually try to take a helpful approach rather than the snide and snarky comments I endured my 1 minute conversation with you.
