Your Experience: I am a union Carpenter. I get laid off maybe ounce a year for a week or two. Can never figure this unemployment thing out. Tried by phone. Cant even get through. Dead end. Tried on line. Answer the corrections correctly and still dead ends. This unemployment is a joke. This State is a Joke.
