Your Experience: I called to get assistance for the online process or what I needed to bring with me to the unemployment office. I choose the option of questions about the process; a young women answered “yeah” and I asked if I had the right office; she was very rude and when I asked if there was a counselor that I would be able to speak with, she just “told” me to go to the online resource. When I told her I had already done that and that I needed to speak with someone directly, she still referred me to the online resource. I was going to ask her for the hours of the office because I didn’t catch them at the beginning of the recording when you first call in… she interrupted me and then transferred me to a number that had a recording that said that there is no attendant at that line and there is no transfer attendant designated and then I was disconnected. This has been an awful experience so far. I can’t even imagine what I’m in for when I go there in person. Depression is setting in.
