Your Experience: I looked up the location on this website – the hours are shown as 9 – 3 on Wednesdays so I take off work and drive to location only t find a handwritten sign on the door the office is closed on Wednesdays at 12 noon.  How ridiculous – the office should either update their website or stay open during the posted hours.  You can reach me at km********mail.com if you choose to respond.
