My experience at Marion IN unemployment office – Anonymous

Your Experience: These people do not answer the phone and they do not call you back. Not everyone has time to go the office that closes before 5:00. Not everyone can take their lunch break to go to the office that closes at 5:00. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have a simple question about filing for benefits at a later date due to my position being eliminated at the end of the year and no one will answer or return my calls. This is very frustrating.
