Your Experience: my experience was horrible I needed to get a hold of someone so I can rest my password and username so I can keep up with the jobs ive applied at so I can keep the unemployment going since im unemployed, and EVERY time I call to talk to someone I sit on hold for well over 2 hours. The longest I was on hold for was 3 and a half hours. That’s ridiculous!!!Whats the purpose in having a number if nobody answers. I understand they have other stuff to do but at the same time its also their job to answer the phone and help people when they call for questions and needs to talk to someone directly!!!
