My experience at Arlington Heights IL unemployment office – Disgruntled

Your Experience: A security guard came on the line halfway through my call and proceeded to patronize me about my inability to come to the office physically.  He was unable to answer my question, and relied on yet another associate to help him with the fax number of the office.  He did not give his name, and for good reason – otherwise this would be a much more personal complaint.
Very poor service.  Very disappointing.  Will not be using this branch ever again.
