My experience at Alton IL unemployment office – Terry

Your Experience: Tried to retrieve my 1099g, but is said my password needs to be reset by my local office. I’ve tried calling and waiting numerous times; I obviously can’t do anything online without logging in. I have filled out contact form to no avail. It doesn’t seem right to have to take a day off work to go to the unemployment office just because they can’t answer the phone!
