Your Experience: Have questions, conflicting info, etc as to whether my work constitutes as “employee, and “on lay-off because of medical” or “self-employed”, and other related questions.  Don’t drive, have own transportation and need answers so I know if I qualify to file for unemployment!  Extremely disappointed in not being able to talk to a representative… 🙁
