Q) I have tried to file online but messed up and am locked out. I’ve tried so many times to call an office as directed by the online prompts. Can’t get thru at all in any number. Is there a simple way to fix my problem so I can file online and not be part of the system clog up?
A) If you are unable to reach your local unemployment office by phone consider visiting the local office. Best to visit early as a lot of other people are currently seeking service.
