Q) Due to the fact I lost my PO hone and no longer remember my password, I cannot access the jobs4 TN website. I need my tax info for last year. I drew Unemployment until July of 2021. I am currently unemployed due to an accident leaving me with traumatic brain injury’s. I have been calling numbers for you all in both Alco, TN and Nashville, TN for over 6 hours today finally getting answered but put on hold 10 minutes plus then just hung up on. I’m desperate. I am homeless and I have filed for disability benefits in TN but am in the waiting process. If I’m due any refund it could mean the difference between my having a bed to sleep in and/heat to warm me Andi am so disappointed that we the people mean so little to you.

A) You need to get your 1099-G form which is used to report taxable benefits when filing with the IRS for anyone who was paid unemployment benefits. If you do not have access by phone you may need to visit your local Library and use their computer to account your account online. Log into your Jobs4TN.gov account. To get your 1099-G form on-line click on the More Unemployment Services option under Unemployment Services section. Click on From 1099-G Information.
