September 22, 2013
Q) I am trying to file my weekly certification and my pin will not work. I also have tried changing it and cannot get through. Please respond as soon as possible.
A) I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with your PIN while trying to file your weekly certification. Here are a few things you can try to resolve the issue:
- Verify that you’re entering your PIN correctly: Make sure that you’re entering your PIN correctly and that your keyboard or device is not malfunctioning. Double-check the numbers to ensure you haven’t made any typos.
- Reset your PIN: If you’re still having trouble logging in, you may need to reset your PIN. You can usually do this by following the instructions on the website or app you’re using to file your certification. Look for a “forgot PIN” or “reset PIN” option and follow the prompts.
- Contact customer support: If you’re unable to reset your PIN or if you continue to have trouble accessing your account, you should contact customer support for further assistance. They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue or reset your PIN over the phone or via email.
Remember, it’s important to file your weekly certification on time to ensure that you continue to receive benefits. If you’re unable to access your account or file your certification, don’t hesitate to reach out to customer support for help.
You can always report to your nearest Unemployment Office and report the issue and they will fix the problem.

My account has been locked for a while now. I need my pin reset. I have no id, currently been trying to get one but I do have other things that can identify me. Please help me and thanks for your time.
I have been locked out of my account again, once from June 27 until Dec. 2/2021. I have tried to call every phone number there is, no answers. On Dec. 2/2021 I finally received an email from the DEO and my account was unlocked. But I missed several months of payments.
Now I am locked out again since May 2/2021. I have verified my identity several times, and all was approved. I have written so many letters to the DEO and kindly ask WHY?
No one every answered any of my letters.
