My experience at Cartersville GA Unemployment Office – Rector

Your Experience: HORRIBLE.  Had an unemployment claim in Texas. Was instructed to Register in GA as that is where I live. Go to office. The lady at the front desks takes my information and says ok you are registered. Ask about a receipt or paperwork showing that. She says she can’t provide that information and says “You are registered in the system, and Texas can see you.” So I assume I am good.  Texas calls me three weeks later and says “You are not registered you have until Monday at 2:30 to do so” THis was on Friday around 3:30pm. Cartersville says they have no record I was there. Asks me did I have any paperwork proving it. I say they wouldn’t give it to me. THANKS FOR NOTHING
