My experience at Naples FL unemployment office C.M.

Your Experience: No help at all.  They would not take my information and my wife has been trying to upload my social security card and drivers license pictures but your website does not work.  She faxed but they did not get a good image.  She called and I had to be on the phone with her and then she mailed good images 3-4 weeks ago but it still shows that my identity has not been verified.  I am not skilled at computer use and nobody at the UE office helped.  They said I had to do it on my own from my own computer online or at a library.  Worse still is that wife is full time worker with all the responsibility on her and now she has to take time to fill this out and keep checking and keep attempting to claim my weeks.  She is typing this right now, with me.  Very frustrating, very stressful.
