Your Experience: Hoy, mi experiencia fue horrible. Hoy fui a averiguar por qué no fui pagada por una semana en mi disempleo y ver si podría conseguir una respuesta desde mi oficina local de Hanford. Luego me dirigió hacia los teléfonos así que pude hablar con un agente acerca de mi pregunta. La agente me trataro muy irrespetuosa y no professional por la línea que me asistieron. Yo había pedido al agente por qué me falto una semana en mi pago. Ella entonces me explicó la razón por qué mi pago era corto y cuando ella termino de explicar me ella había pedido si yo entendí. Yo le conteste que no le entendí. ¿Luego ella procedió a preguntar si yo era estúpida? ¿Esre estúpida que no entiendes, ella me dijo? Entonces le pregunté por su nombre y ella nunca me lo dio. Le pedí su nombre un par de veces y ella no contesto. Ella entonces procedió a decirme “Señora ya estoy cansada de usted” y me colgo. Entonces intenté llamar a varias veces para tras pero no pude pasar o recevir respuesta. Yo trate muchas veces de conectyar me de vuelta con un agente. La computadora electronica me dijo que no podia conectar porque estaban muy ocupado. Lluego trate el opcion donde dejaba mi numero para que un agente me llamaba para tras quando era mi turno. Y nunca receive un respuesta.
English: Today, my experience was horrible. Today I went to find out why I was not paid for a week in my disempleo and see if I could get a response from my local office Hanford. Then he led me to the phone so I could talk to an agent about my question. The agent trataro me very disrespectful and not professional by the line I attended. I had asked the agent why I miss a week in my payment. She then explained the reason why my payment was short and when she finished explaining she had asked me if I understood. I replied that I did not understand you. Do we then she proceeded to ask if I was stupid? ¿Esre stupid do not understand, she told me? Then I asked her name and she never gave it to me. I asked his name a couple of times and she did not answer. She then proceeded to tell me "Lady'm tired of you" and hung up. Then I tried to call several times after but could not pass or recevir response. I tried many times to conectyar Back with an agent. The electronic computer told me that I could not connect because they were so busy. Lluego try the option where I left my number for an agent when they called me after it was my turn. And never Receive one answer.
