What is the best way to get help signing into an old EDD online account?
I tried to reset my password, but it wants my last unemployment amount received. That was 4 years ago and BOA can’t give me any info because EDD don’t deal with them anymore. I tried UI online and they want my 3 digit number from the back of my card. I no longer have my card, since the BOA accounts were all closed May 15, 2024.
I try to call but their call volumes are always full.
I need to apply for temporary disability.
