I have been unable to get through to speak with a human.  I went to the AZ website and did not find my answer there. I have been self-employed for the last 9 years.  I worked in AZ my client was in CT.  They mailed me work, I did the work and mailed back to them.  I received a 1099 each year.

I paid my own federal and state taxes.  Am I entitled to unemployment benefits in AZ?
