Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Unemployment Office

I filed for unemployment at the end of February after loosing a job l had for 12yrs. During the filing process, lt was brought to my attention that my SS# already had a claim on it. I tried calling for 2 and a half months and could not get through. I left emails, wrote letters to both unemployment and the fraud department and still no response. 5 months, not working and no help with this matter. I hear the Tampa offices are now open but l am afraid l will fly off the handle at the first person who is rude to me. I just don’t get it, do they just trash the paper work and delete the emails of those people with these problems?
