Have been waiting for over a year to receive my benefits. I have not gotten any response from the unemployment office other than a letter saying I was approved. Have called (waiting for hours to be just hung up on), emailed and contacted the news. What else is a person to do? Kentucky unemployment office doesn’t care about the people who are waiting for their benefits.
Made several appointments for phone calls on the GDOL website and never get any calls!! Today’s appointment I had been expecting a call from them between 2:30-4:30 and it’s currently 7:50… I just need some answers!! Everyone including myself have tried emailing, calling, scheduling phone appointments and no response!! How are any of us supposed to resolve issues if we can’t speak to a human when scheduled!!!??
