Is this office even open? I’ve tried for weeks to schedule an in-person appointment. I check every morning at 8am when new appointments are supposed to post but Paducah and Hopkinsville always say “no availability”. I’ve already been to one appointment here almost two months ago, but I guess my paperwork didn’t get processed because even though I’m eligible, I still didn’t get paid.

Unbelievable
Customer assist phones hang up every time-several numbers “Too Busy”is the out going message
Connect website buffers and cancels timed out
Cannot appeal ineligible notice I got on 7/16/2021 as communication is impossible.
