I had to DRIVE 5 HOURS with a newborn in the car to HOPKINSVILLE UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE!! Bc my work was on a shut down for a month I’m a single mom who pays all the bills on my own!! The guy KYLE promised me everything was taking care of all they had to do was verify me that’s it. Even tho I already did in my portal! I drove 5 hours! They straight lied to me! He said I would have my money in 2 to 5 days! I still haven’t got nothing and it’s going on 2 weeks!!!! Someone in unemployment please help me this is not right! Apparently theirs more others like me where they just don’t care or they don’t know their job!!
Yes they will not send me my card with my funds on it because I have an address changed if someone could please help me with this I would greatly appreciate it I have had I have not had no funds for three about three and a half months now I’m about to lose my house and everything I’m about to be homeless
