Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Unemployment Office

I wish I didn’t choose Thomson Department of Labor. There are NEVER any appointments available in Mondays to choose, as the website says. They don’t answer the phone and my claim just processed. When I used Richmond county I didn’t have any of these issues at all. It’s as if they feel like they can do as they please. Seeing as to how they don’t answer phones and the office isn’t open. It’s unacceptable and uncompassionate because people are having unforseen circumstances that the workers there don’t care about. I would love to switch back to Richmond co because atleast they constantly updated and would call back or correspond through email or mailed letters.
