i need to make an appointment to come in and talk to someone in person, i recently won a appeal but due to incorrect email that was somehow taken down i have never received any written outcome just money deposited in to my account I’ve tried to go on website and can not claim the money that is owed retro pay. how do i make an appointment? i can never get through on phone states always busy and when i did i lost connection and no one called me back i believe that’s very unprofessional. i work Monday through Saturday.
