My experience has been nothing but completely frustrating! I met with someone in person over a month ago and was told my payments, which had stopped because of a glitch, would start up again in a few days. I still have not received payments. I’ve gone twice in person and filled out more paperwork and been told to expect a phone call. No calls! Can’t get anywhere online. Not able to reset PIN. That system is down too. No way to get help from anyone. Beyond frustrating! My payments stopped the end of Feb. through no fault of mine.
