I am unable to contact several South Florida unemployment offices by phone for the last 2 weeks to confirm correct information on my unemployment application. How do I reach a live person for assistance?
I was not paid for the week of May 18-23,2020.I was approved for this week on October 14,2020.I was supposed to receive a pay order form thru my email. However I never received it,and haven’t been able to get through since then. Please help.
