They are helpful. But unemployment is not always helpful, sometimes they lie and say your money is coming and it doesn’t. They were involved in fraud along with Bank of America. They keep getting behind in paying me and many other people. Bank of America records don’t match their records. They only recorded half of what EDD has on file. EDD investigated that Bank of America was stealing the money from my card because they have access to it. Sometimes EDD holds my money and won’t send it. There was duplicate forms because they didn’t tell me how to fill it out properly for 6 months. I had many problems with them. Every time I call I get a different answer when I ask a question. They are not on the same page
