I am having an extremely difficult time filing a new claim for CA Unemployment. I’ve registered with UI online, and have not been able to successfully verify my identity through ID.me. I’ve uploaded my CA DL, have primary and secondary documents, but can’t proceed through the system for the video selfie and complete the verification. I’ve opened 2 other unemployment claims over the last 10 years, and have NEVER had this problem. Can someone please help me? I’m desperate.
Almost one year and still no payment. My case has been expedited many times but no one has contacted me to resolve whatever issue is holding it up.
