I also have been calling and calling. Twice i was put on some 5 day nonsense where yall were supposed to get ahold of me before the 5 days. And nothing ×2. I also need my 1099 and can’t access them to complete my taxes. With 5 kids I need to get at least one of these processes done.
I have called and set up call back ides and for the last 4 5 months at least to ask about my unemployment back pay from March teverytime I get my call back it end up dropping the call so I’m back at square one all over again.id really like to get this figured out any help is helpful
