I have written asking for Unemployment payment including PUA benefits retroactively for the past 9 months. I finally received an additional instruction comment from the EDD, and sent what information the EDD requested in January 2021. To date, I have not heard a response or received any benefits. Please help me. Thanks
YES!! This is pathetic no one answers the phone. No Voice Mail or returns calls . Mail in Appeal Form were returned Box Closed. emailed several times NO response going on 2 Months.
