This is pathetic no one answers the phone or returns calls they aren’t open to public and so customer service number don’t work either
Terrible…I mean what is a person to due when your claim is put on hold with no explanation and you have a balance owed to you of over 6,000. No reason given…can’t get thru on phone, no reply to any emails we have sent over 7…so who is working??? This working from home is NOT working out…IF the kids are expected to go back to school then WHY in the hell aren’t these other state workers not back in the office working is what I would like to know!? People need paid! We have bills, mortgages and families to take care of.
