I am desperate for help and I hope that you can assist me. I filed on for unemployment benefit insurance and have received no money. I have 4 payments in my payment history of $0 but a balance of $12,662. I have called every number, faxed, emailed, tried to schedule phone appointments but every attempt fails. Were about to be evicted. Please help, please
