I was in the cue to speak to someone. I called at 8 am, 4 minute wait, at 3 minute mark my call was disconnected, tried again 11 minute wait, call disconnected after 14 minutes on hold, called AGAIN 30 minute wait CALL FREAKING DROPPED AT 36 MINUTES! I call AGAIN and finally get to a human after waiting an hour and a half, we are midsentence and his line goes silent. Called again, by now it’s a little past 10:30. I cant even get in the cue and it says to try again tomorrow and hangs up!!! What is going on??? This is so frustrating!!!
