Why is it possible to see the messages of individuals requesting assistance from you guys? This is clearly a Privacy concern and needs to be addressed. It appears that decent Customer Service has clearly gone out the window with COVID. City Employees, how about we treat everyone needing assistance or having questions, as we would want to be respected and treated?…Please fix this issue.
