I applied for unemployment after we were shut down because of the pandemic. It has been a nightmare. I was hung up on and told to CALM DOWN more times than I could count. Today. I spoke with a woman named Darla. Darla had answers, is patient, and understanding of my frustration. Just speaking to her made me feel hope that one day I will see a payment.
