I have spent an unbelievable amount of time trying to get my claim straightened out. I’ve talked to level 1 back when they would answer and was told I would receive a call. I’ve never received any mail nor a card. I started my claim in beginning of April havent worked since February. I’ve lost things can’t pay bills and can’t speak to anyone because now after sitting on phone for 2-3 1/2 hours it sometimes hangs up or sometimes I just can’t wait anymore. I filed a weekly clam although I don’t understand at all what’s happening . After filing April 12th I have filed claim weekly and it was excepted. It says paid 0 due to no base wages. Then as of few days ago it says I have no active claim. I’ve never received and money. I’ve called I’ve emailed can’t get anyone to help or answer..this is horrible
I have been trying to talk to some one for 2 months now. I was denied then approved but can’t reach any one to help me. Ive been in the wait que for months and still haven’t had any call back….
