Tell Us Your Experience At Your Local Unemployment Office

I have been unemployed since March 12, 2020. I have left over 30 messages and still haven’t received a call back. The office states they are working remotely and are calling from their homes and answering over the computer. I have had my checks skip 2 weeks and when I look at my status the $600 is no longer on their. I am a teacher at a daycare center and my students are the after-school children. With school being out I don’t have any children to care for. I am in constant contact with my job and they tell me it may be August before I am able to return. It would be fantastic if I was able to speak with a human to get answers to my questions. If someone is really reading these messages could you please respond. I am fed up and disappointed at this point. If I do not have my unemployment I can not feed my 4 children, I can’t pay my bills, and life just doesn’t go on without money to help. My husband is a Lieutenant Fire/Medic and he has worked nonstop since the beginning of the Coron-virus and our stress level is through the roof!!!!

I also have a college age daughter that has been sent home from school because of everything going on. She has worked for the Starbucks in her school library for 5 years. She has filed for unemployment but she has yet to receive a response Her job has refused to file on her behalf. We have spoken to her direct supervisor and the corporate office of her employer, bu she has yet to receive a penny!!! I have forwarded her this so she can respond as well. I am begging you guys at this point please respond to my concerns because life has been extremely difficult since this all started.
