When can I speak to a live person to get answers to my questions???
I have been dealing with unemployment since 4-1-20. Haven’t received any benefits. They can’t even process my claims with a supervisors help. As we speak been on the phone for 2 hours 24 minutes with Julia and her supervisor. Frustrating and unacceptable.
