I am drowming in”red tape” with ESD in Olymopia,WA. I have worked for J.C.Penney(Kitsap Mall) as a full time employee as a hairstylist. Yet I have deneied benefits for the last 5 weeks. I am on stand by and will return to work at J.C.Penney as soon as covid 19 closure is lifted.I have send numerous faxes, messages and letters to ESD to resolve a small issue. I have received ZERO communication from them except for denying my standby status and giving me more appeals!!! I spent 5 hours on HOLD with ESD to talk to a claim specialist, the disconnected my call. The ESD hotline numbers are worthless, any involved question you have the reps. hang up on you. I have have local district reps and J.C.P headquarters call ESD on my behalf, I feel it falls on deaf ears. My denied payments are in the thousands od dollars, I want want whatever issues I have with ESD resolved and get the benefit payments I deserve!!!
I had send everyone a email am overwhelmed , stress all bills going up and up , no answer from anybody .. three kids no source of income since March 12,2020 I was a school bus driver because of the pandemic and kids home don’t have a job am having problem getting my claim to be process till I speak to a agent … is there’s way you get thru unemployment help help please .. I email and the only thing I get is a automatic message back that don’t
answer my question at all .. I was on hold for 8hrs and
they hung up this is too much and stressful
