I have been waiting on a call back since March 19th! No call back! Been laid off since March 13th! No money , no human to talk to, no website working, no phone lines working! This is absolutely unacceptable!!! As a Kentucky Tax payer I have been very very patient and done everything asked of my be the Governor, to help curb the virus! This is ridiculous over a month and no one has even reached out??? I understand the overwhelming issues but a month of no communication? I have called 50 times every single day! I expect a call today by 5 pm , not only is this unprofessional but very careless of the state and it’s Employees!I am putting my email in so I also expect a reply!

I’ve been trying to reach someone for days. I haven’t been able to log into my account because I do not know what my ID is. The forgot ID option just gives me numbers to call. When I call it tells me that all hold lines are full and it hangs up on me. How am I supposed to record my hours? I will not get any help. This is the second week I have been unable to record my hours. The second week I will go without help.
