I tried calling the number they provided for filing unemployment and it keeps sending me in a loop asking to press star, then I press star over the phone, and it asks me the same question again or send a me back to he main menu. I cannot get to an associate who can help me how can I reset the PIN.I tied by email link it says system error then I tried a different way to rest and it keeps saying system error. I need to speak to an associate who can help me in the system so I can file an unemployment claim. Or please tell me if you can help me in one of your offices and I will come in. I need help either way.
