I tried calling the number they provided for filing unemployment and it keeps sending me in a loop asking to press star, then I press star over the phone, and it asks me the same question again or send a me back to he main menu. I cannot get to an associate who can help me how can I reset the PIN.I tied by email link it says system error then I tried a different way to rest and it keeps saying system error.
