If I’m am newly collecting a involuntary severance for 100 of my pay will I be eligible for unemployment now or at the end of my distribution.
I am currently employed but am out on leave and about to have surgery. I am not eligible for short term disability because I do not have insurance through my work. I am covered under my girlfriends insurance and they will not pay me short term either. Can I file for temporary unemployment?
