Q) If you have a work injury and your not able to work while your out due to the injury are you able to file unemployment

A) You must be willing to work, able to work and looking for work to claim unemployment benefits. You also must be unemployed through no fault of your own and your past earnings must meet certain minimum thresholds. If you are injured and unable to work you should consider filing for temporary disability benefits.

I’ve been trying to file unemployment for a week now… I am a waitress in Dallas and for some reason I can’t file online because my Social Security does not match my user name or pin number… That’s all I need is those two things… Do I need to come to this office to file… Because the number provided I’ve been calling for a week now And can’t get that either…
